Joseph Jedlowski – Chairman of the Board
For 15 years, Mr. Jedlowski has honed his talents in the various sectors of the seniors housing industry; such as skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care. He began his career as a nursing assistant in a nursing home and has held several positions such as: Admissions Director, Administrator, Executive Director, Regional Director and Regional Vice President.
He is now the Vice President of Milestone Retirement Communities, a position he has held for the last four years. In this role, he works closely with each Executive Director and Regional Director to oversee the day-to-day operations. Mr. Jedlowski supports the ongoing success of Milestone Retirement Communities by his development and execution of well-designed solutions that significantly improve operational performance, cost and capabilities. His creative direction and broad knowledge base have allowed him to lead innovative seniors housing ventures to record levels of success.
Over the years, he has become an expert in operational and financial executive management across multiple sites and states. This talent proves advantageous in the management of senior housing projects such as: new construction developments, acquisitions, change management, human resources and overall relationship building (employee, resident, vendor and investor).
He shares his expertise with the larger industry as well, sitting on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Assisted Living Association and remaining active with the American Geriatrics Society and National Association of Health Services Executives. Mr. Jedlowski is also a supporter of the Alzheimer’s Association, Alzheimer’s Society, American Red Cross, and Arizona Assisted Living Federation of America.
He holds a degree in health care and business from American University, and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. He also holds a degree in nursing home administration from the School of Aging and Long Term Care at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In his spare time, Joe loves to spend time with his fiancé, friends, and family. His hobbies include going to the beach, kayaking, hiking, golfing and watching football-Go NY Giants!

Linda Villa – Secretary
Linda Villa is the General Manager of Las Fuentes Resort Village in Prescott, Arizona. She has 20 years of health care management experience. Linda received her Associate of Arts Degree in nursing from North Dakota State University. She is a licensed Registered Nurse, licensed Assisted Living Manager and a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Linda has been employed with Life Care Centers of America for over 20 years receiving the company’s President’s Award in 1997 and Chairman’s Award in 2006. She was presented achievement as a Certified Administrator through the American College of Health Care Administrators in 1998.
Linda is past Vice President Maricopa County Facilities at Large for Arizona Health Care Association, past affiliation with Arizona Geriatrics Society, Peoria Soroptimists and Prescott Rotary. Prior moving to Arizona from Washington State, Linda was employed as a Nursing Home Administrator, Director of Nurses and Staff Development Coordinator. She was past Regulatory Committee Co-Chairperson for Washington State Health Care Association and in 1980 achieved certification approval through Washington State Department of Health for development of one of the state’s first nursing assistant certification programs.

Jon Scott Williams – Board Member
Jon Scott Williams, Certified Aging Services Professional (C.A.S.P.) is the Executive Director for Fellowship Square-Mesa a wholly owned organization of “Christian Care Companies-AZ”. Christian Care is the 29th largest not-for-profit senior housing organization in the nation according to the LeadingAge/Ziegler100 (2014). He is a Certified Assisted Living Facility Manager has 28+years of experience working with Senior’s in independent living, assisted living and long term care. He has overseen Fellowship Square-Mesa 236 units+32 bed memory support and Christian Care Manor IV 65 units all in Mesa beginning 06/01/1997. In Recognition of his innovative approach to improving the quality of service in Long-Term Care and Senior Housing Services by incorporating Medicaid approved Assisted Living Services within HUD housing AzAHA awarded “Jon Scott” the Best Practices Award for 2003. The innovation was adopted into three other not-for-profit affordable retirement communities in the Phoenix area. In 2014 “Jon Scott” received the “Award of Honor” the highest professional designation awarded by LeadingAge-Arizona formerly AzAHA. Fellowship Square-Mesa has consistently listed in the top 10 in Arizona for years 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 by Ranking Arizona.
Jon’s most recent accomplishment is being the lead member of Christian Care’s effort to provide smart choices for consumers seeking senior living solutions with the launching of the “Senior Transition Guide” co-sponsored by LeadingAge-Arizona, LeadingAge-Indiana and other not-for-profit senior living organizations. He was one of five people in the nation nominated to the White House Conference on Aging 2015 by LeadingAge. Prior to his employment as the Executive Director of Fellowship Square-Mesa Jon Scott volunteered as a board member beginning in 1986, he served as a Director, Officer and Chairman of Christian Care Companies’ 20 interlocking not-for-profit corporations. He has a strong business, accounting and management background. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a minor in mathematics from Arizona State University class of 1972.
Jon is active in many organizations being a member of the National Society of Public Accountants, American College of Healthcare Executives, Past Chair/LeadingAge- Arizona, Past member LeadingAge Budget and Finance committee, Director AzALFA, President-Marc Community Resources, Inc., Past-Director and presently Secretary of the Mesa Rotary Club, Recipient of the “IKE PARRISH Service Above Self Award” the Rotary Club of Mesa’s highest award for community service. He also has two Ralph Palmer Awards. He is a Paul Harris Fellow (eight times-double ruby), President-National Christian Churches Pension Plan, and Past-Chair/Elder Central Christian Church of Mesa and is Past-Chair of Mesa’s Housing Advisory Board.

Eve Nettles – Board Member
Eve has 30 plus years of experience as an RN working mostly in the post- acute setting. She is an experienced skilled nursing administrator and holds Assisted Living license and certificates. Besides experience as a skilled nursing administrator, Eve has also been an Executive Director, Regional Director and Vice President of Clinical Operations. Her clinical and operational skills include multisite and multistate responsibilities for regulatory compliance, clinical operations and risk management.
Eve holds a Bachelors of Health Administration from University of St. Francis and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She has received numerous awards over the years including Outstanding Financial Performance, Excellence in Clinical Leadership, Excellence in Regulatory Compliance, Excellence in Collaborative Team Management. Professional Memberships include CALA/CAHF, AzALFA,, AALNA. Eve is the proud mom of of two children, Ray and Channing and has a granddaughter Maycee. There’s also Kody her 3 year old rescue pup. In her spare time she is an avid hiker, trains for 5k’s and travels as much as possible. She love’s cooking and wine tasting, going to concerts and reading murder mysteries.
